We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit or any delays outside of our control.
EU & International Shipping
We ship internationally tracked and signatory. We cannot be held responsible for any delays outside of our control.
For countries in the EU, we offer a flat rate shipping of £8.
Please allow 3 - 7 working days for your order to arrive.
For US and Canada a flat rate of £10 applies. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your item to arrive.
For Rest of the World, Asia and the Pacific a flat rate of £10. Please allow 7 - 10 working days for your item to arrive.
Anywhere else in the world please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order and delivery address to get a shipping quote.
Please be aware that due to international custom laws international orders may incur additional charges. The buyer is responsible for any charges applied to the package at customs. Should the buyer refuse to pay any custom duties and tax, it is then the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the goods are shipped back to us in order to receive a refund. Returns are processed once the goods reach us.
For all International returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. We do not currently offer free returns Internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
You have 14 days from receiving the product to return or exchange the item. Kimba will offer you a refund provided that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging. Kimba will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been worn and tags removed. The cost of return shipping is the buyers responsibility, unless the returns items are damaged or faulty.
Returns or exchanges are not accepted on any Sale items. All sale items are final.
Unfortunately due to the nature of the product and for hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for jewellery unless faulty. If faulty, please contact email@example.com with your name and item and we can either exchange or refund you the cost, including delivery.
Returns and Exchanges in the UK and EU
1. Please email us immediately if you wish to make a return or an exchange by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. We will reply confirming the return
3. We must receive the goods back within 7 working days from the confirmation
4. Once we receive and check the returned item ensuring it is in perfect condition as sold, we will then refund the item excluding the original cost of shipping, unless faulty or damaged.
International Returns and Exchanges
For countries outside the UK and EU please email us immediately if you wish to make a return or an exchange by contacting email@example.com and we will reply confirming the return. We must receive the goods back within 10 working days from the confirmation.
Faulty items will be accepted if the goods we have delivered to you were damaged on arrival. All items returned as faulty will be inspected and any items considered to have been subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
We will replace faulty goods if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please let us know when emailing.
If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase and any shipping costs incurred.
